All club Presidents are required to attend the Fall and Winter Presidents meeting in September and January. We review topics like club funding, elections, updates on the BUSU website, SERMA and so much more! See below to ensure you save the date.

Election Coordinator Training
There is mandatory virtual training for all election coordinators in January to prepare for the upcoming elections. See below to ensure you save the date.
Wondering who your election coordinator will be? Your club will pick a club member to be the elections coordinator. The person who is selected can not also be running in the election themselves. Typically, many clubs pick a club member who is graduating however, it is up to you and your club whom you decide to pick. The election coordinator is meant to answer any basic questions that club members may have and are encouraged to email the clubs team if they are unsure of anything.

SERMA/Risk Management on March 3, 2026 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm in STH 203 (Session 1: 12:00pm - 12:50pm & Session 2: 1:00pm - 1:50pm)
ExperienceBU is your hub for all events and activities on and off campus. All clubs receive an ExperienceBU page to manage their club events, activities, and membership lists. One of the most important functions of ExperienceBU for club is the Student Event Risk Management and Approval (SERMA). SERMA is a process that has been established to create awareness of planning/safety issues and to protect both attendees and the organizers of events. As this session, you club will learn the ins and outs of ExperienceBU and SERMA. No RSVP needed. Session hosted by Lauryn Poulin, Engagement Systems Coordinator and Carolyn Hough, Manager, Student Leadership and Engagement.
Clubs Training on March 4, 2026 from 5:30pm - 10:00pm in Pond Inlet
Clubs are a great way to get involved, network and learn skills for the future. As a club executive, you will have access to many perks and resources to run your club. This includes items such as funding, room bookings, event planning, print, design and more! All these topics will be covered at Clubs Training. No RSVP needed. Session hosted by, Chloe Hagemans, Clubs Manager. Dinner provided.
Leadership Training on March 5, 2026 from 5:30pm - 7:00pm in TH 325
As a club executive, it is important to learn about your leadership style and how to lead a club to success. Being a club executive is a great way to develop your leadership skills for the future. No RSVP needed. Session hosted by Travis Greene, Leadership Development Coordinator.
HRE Training on March 6, 2026 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm in TH 242
Brock HRE is a resource for all Brock community members to provide information, education, assistance, and advice on issues related to human rights, harassment, discrimination, and bullying. No RSVP needed. Session hosted by Katie Keays, Manager, Gender and Sexual Violence Intake.
