Clubs Newsletter
The Clubs Newsletter is sent out once a month at the beginning of the month. The newsletter is used to educate club leaders on:
- Updates within the BUSU Clubs department
- Opportunities available to club leaders
- Promotion of BUSU and Brock events

Banners
Each club is entitled to one (1) printed banner as part of their ratification. Banners are great to use at events and tabling promotions. Replacement banners can be purchased for a fee at the club’s expense.

Posters
All clubs are entitled to two hundred and fifty (250) free poster prints a year. Posters can be used to advertise your club or promote an event!
All printed posters must be stamped for approval at the BU4U Desk (formerly the Brock Card Office) located in Thistle before posting on the bulletin boards. Click here to see a list of bulletin boards and Campus Promotions Rules.

Logos
Every club needs a great logo to stand out to other Brock students. The Club's Coordinator is here to help assist with logo creation.
Buttons
Button making for clubs is available as a walk-in service Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (excluding 12:00-1:00 pm) in the Club House (TH 252A - beside Scotiabank).
Follow these steps to make buttons
3. Allow 3 to 5 business days for printing.
4. Grab some friends and stop by the Club House TH 252A (beside Scotiabank to make buttons).
Spin The Wheel Insert Template
Clubs are able to rent, free of charge, the spin the wheel for their club events. Please be sure the spin the wheel is available by emailing clubs@brockbusu.ca
Follow these steps to create your own spin the wheel inserts
2. Log into the BUSU Webiste and fill out the spin the wheel insert request form.
3. Allow 3 to 5 business days for printing.
4. Pick-up your inserts at the Club House TH 252A (beside Scotiabank).
