Request custom designs and printed materials to promote your club. Use the forms below to get started:

*Please note, the Clubs Administrator will be out of the office from August 4–12. All design requests will be on hold during this time.

If your club would like to have a banner printed in time for Community Fair at BadgerFest, a Banner Printing Request must be submitted by August 15.

Requests submitted after August 15 will not be guaranteed for pickup before the event.
