Take a well-deserved break from classes and enjoy some time with puppies at Puppy Social hosted by GTA Puppy Yoga. This drop-in event is a great way to de-stress, recharge, and connect with fellow students—all while spending time with furry friends.

Don’t miss out on the awesome workshops available! On Monday March 2 there’s a “Can you believe that?” workshop where you can explore the current trends in social media usage and content. Then you can creat a collage at March paper crafternoons on Tuesday March 3, 1:30 - 4:30pm in the Rankin Family Pavilion. AND come build your coping skills toolbox on Wednesday March 4, 2:30 - 4pm at the Wellness Hub (TH134)
💥 While at Wellness Week events, look for the giveaway posters and scan the QR code and enter to win a muscle massager!
