Partner up with BUSU and help our students thrive!
About BUSU
The Brock University Students’ Union (BUSU) represents over 17,000 undergraduate students and aids in enhancing the student experience while they attend Brock University. This is done through programming, services, and opportunities to the students through events, clubs, advocacy and social enterprises. BUSU works with various departments on campus to increase awareness of its activities, encouraging graduate students, faculty and staff to engage.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUR BUSINESS
COMMUNITY FAIR - SEPTEMBER 2 & 3, 2025
The Community Fair was ranked third as a crowd favourite event in 2024! Over 40 vendors and more than 100 clubs participated. We offered live entertainment and affordable food options to the line up. As a vendor, you have the potential to connect with over 5,000 students, faculty and staff over two days. Sign up as a vendor, entertainment or food & beverage sponsor.
BADGERFEST EVENTS - AUGUST 31 TO SEPTEMBER 5, 2025
Badgerfest is BUSU's kick off to the school year. Welcoming new and returning students, the events throughout the first week are important chances for students to learn about their school, the services offered and make new friends. Sponsoring one of our events creates a bond with the students. Showing your support for these important moments builds your community as they build theirs. Check out our events schedule for upcoming opportunities.
FOOD FIRST PROGRAM SPONSORSHIP
Free food events are what students love. Ask and we shall feed.
The Food First program is a collaboration between BUSU and the Brock Graduate Student Association (GSA). With support from various Brock University departments, we all work together to address the growing issues of food and health security among Brock students. During the 2024-2025 academic year, we distributed over 2,100 emergency grocery cards to undergraduate students, totalling $84,000. The numbers have been growing year after year.
Your participation helps to address these needs through our emergency grocery card distribution program, offering free snacks to students, and hosting hot meals during events.
As a partner, you will be the person everyone loves by sponsoring free food at one (or more) events this year! Work with our team to create more memorable connections between your organization and the Brock community.
EVENT SPONSORSHIP
Our events team host over 100 exciting activities a year. As a sponsor, we include you in the event as a meaningful contributor. Your support goes towards the things students love - free food and free stuff!
Check the Events Calendar for upcoming opportunities.
