RUDY began in the spring of 2016 in the heart of Toronto's Little Italy, opened by childhood friends Luke and Chris with a mission to make great cheeseburgers the old-fashioned way. We now have 14 locations throughout Toronto and across Ontario.

To this day, we stick to the classics: griddled cheeseburgers, pickle-brined fried chicken, fries cooked in beef tallow, poutine with authentic cheese curds, brownies made with Ghirardelli chocolate, and hand-spun shakes. Our beef is a special blend ground in-house daily, and we even make our own homemade pickle chips.
