Sunita Bhalla

Hello everyone, my name is Sunita Bhalla, and I am a second-year Criminology student with a minor in Political Science. I am running in this election because I believe student voices should be expressed, heard, respected, and represented through meaningful advocacy and transparency.

One of my main goals is to help students gain a better understanding of where their funding goes and how it is used to support them. By having clear communication and transparency with the Brock community, we will have better access to infomation which we feel more empowered to ask questions and hold leadership accountable.

I am also very passionate about creating more outreach learning-support programs that respond to the diverse needs of students, whether that be academic support, skill- building opportunities, or better access to resources. I believe students succeed more when institutions are more involved in investing in students' growth and well-being.

Above all, I am committed to bringing accountability, consistency, and integrity to all students. We, as students, should not be given false hopes for change but should be the change that we deserve. I believe in listening to students, communicating honestly, and ensuring that concerns are addressed in a timely and responsible manner.

If elected, I will work hard to represent students with dedication, transparency, and respect. My goal is to help build a campus environment that helps students feel informed, supported, and confident that their voices truly matter. I hope you'll join me and vote for Sunita Bhalla. Thank you so much for your support.
