Brock U Run Club is a run club curated to U! Our goal is to host runs weekly. We will have pacers of many different levels to make sure no one is left behind. We will explore different routes on and off campus, trails, and residential areas. Short distances to long distances, let us know what you want and we can see if we can make it happen!
Beyond running, this club is a great opportunity to make friends. We plan to have special outings as a group like ice cream, yoga, you name it!
To conclude, let's train towards something special and sign up for races together! Some examples include the St. Catherine's 5k Foam Fest, Niagara Falls 10k, Half & Marathon. There are so many amazing options!
