Jack Talk, in partnership with Jack.org and the Jack.org Brock chapter, is a presentation and open discussion on mental health. Presented by Arwa and Kat, two Ontario post-secondary undergraduate students and mental health advocates, they will talk about how to strive for better mental health and wellness for yourself, how to aid your friends and peers, and the resources available to you. Questions are encouraged at the event (can be anonymous or public). We will have a mental health support worker from Brock Student Health Services present as well, should you wish to discuss more one-on-one in a private room. Prior to the event, please fill out this survey: https://jack.tfaforms.net/4839471. We will be giving away four $25 gift cards to four lucky participants as a thank you for attending (draw to be done at the event, must be a currently enrolled Brock undergraduate student to win).
