BrockTV is offering FREE headshots in the Club House located in TH252A beside the Scotiabank. All Club members and executives are invited!

Please fill out the interest form as completing the form will help gauge demand and ensure everyone who is interested has the opportunity to receive a headshot. The form closes on November 10, however, on the day of the event, feel free to stop by to have your headshots taken!

Join us for our annual trip to the Blue Jays Game for College Night where the Jays will take on the Detroit Tigers!

Tickets are $40 each, and will be available on this page closer to the event.

Your ticket includes round-trip transportation from Brock to Toronto, ticket into the game, and a BUSU x Blue Jays branded hat.

Important info

You must be a Brock student to attend.
Students can only purchase 1 ticket for this event. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the information contained in the Informed Consent Waiver.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for you, please download full waiver here, have a parent sign and email to events@brockbusu.ca.
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email 48 hours prior to the game. This e-mail will include your ticket, so keep it safe!
All 181 Badgers will sit together in the 535 level (rows 4- 18). Tickets are not assigned. If you would like to sit next to your friends, do so in the designated rows as shown on the map.
The buses will leave from Brock campus, Zone 2 Parking Lot at 4 p.m. sharp. Please arrive 15 minutes before. Please bring your Brock card.
Taking the bus is optional; you're not obligated to use it if you prefer not to. The ticket price will not be reduced.

Now is the time to start your club!

Club ratification is open for students to start a club from Oct. 19 to Nov. 8.

But what does that mean?

Club ratification means having an official agreement between BUSU and your club to become a recognized entity of BUSU and Brock University. It also means you have access to support and funding supplied by BUSU to run your club!

Unsure how to complete the ratification form? Have specific questions about ratification? Join us at the BUSU Club House to have your questions anwsered!

When: 10:00 am to 11:30 am, every Tuesday or Wednesday until Nov. 4

Where: Club House (Thistle 252A) next to Scotiabank

One of the most important functions of ExperienceBU for clubs is the Student Event Risk Management and Approval (SERMA). SERMA is a process that has been established to create an awareness of planning/safety issues and to protect both the attendees and the organizers of events. When you create an event on ExperienceBU, it takes you through the SERMA process. Once approved, your club event can be hosted and promoted. All clubs must risk manage their events and meetings through SERMA.

Two days to choose from: Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. & Wednesdays 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

All BUSU clubs must complete the SERMA process to access Brock University and BUSU resources and to host as well as promote events and activities as a ratified student club.

BUSU Clubs is home to over 100+ student-run clubs. Clubs are an essential component of the Brock student life and one of the most important services provided by BUSU. Thinking about starting your own club? Now is the time!

What is Ratification?

Club ratification means having an official agreement between BUSU and your club to become a recognized entity of BUSU and Brock University. Active clubs must re-ratify every year.

What Do I Need to Do Before I Re-Ratify My Club?

Review Clubs 500 Policy and Policy 501 yearly to stay up to date on policies, rules and guidelines.
