    As the Clubs Manager I coordinate all BUSU ratified clubs, keeping up to date on all club activities. In addition I plan club fairs and training sessions in order to solidify a positive and supportive atmosphere for clubs. Finally I will create and implement new programs and services to advance clubs and assist clubs in having a successful year.

    My main responsibilities are:
    As the Director, Government Operations my role is to work with our elected students and student staff to lobby all levels of government on issues pertaining to post-secondary education. This includes working with our provincial and federal lobby groups (OUSA and CASA) as well as maintaining close relationships with our local representatives. I also help facilitate our internal governance structure which includes a Board of Directors, council (BUSAC) and three election periods.

    My main responsibilities are managing and supervising Isaac's Restaurant, Isaac's Pub Nights and special events held at Isaac's.

    I work on BUSU's payroll, account receivables and account payables.

    My main responsibilities are:
    My main responsibilities day to day Food and Beverage back-end operations, which payroll for Union Station Staff (Harvey’s, Booster Juice and Subway), deposits for Union sales, tracking inventory, supplier invoices. I am also responsible for booking caterings and connecting clients with the correct BUSU team member!

    Students may contact me if they are interested in booking one of our spaces for an event, and our Union Station staff can contact me regarding payroll, attendance, calling in sick etc.

    My main responsibilities are:
    The Ombudsperson is a neutral party who advocates for fair policies, procedures, practices and decision-making on campus. We are a safe space to voice concerns and gather information on available options as we are not required to notify University administrators, being an informal channel of resolution.

    My main responsibilities are:
    To answer general inquiries in person, by email or by phone. I also process locker rentals, distribute bus passes and transit information, and perform clerical services for the BUSU department.

    As the Genera Manager I oversee all BUSU’s business and administrative operations on behalf of the Executives and Board. I also operate as a liaison between BUSU’s Board of Directors and the full and part-time staff to provide efficient, student-focused services and facilities.

    My main responsibilities are:
    As the Vice-President, Finance & Administration, I act as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for BUSU and provide oversight to the Health & Dental Plan as well as the Universal Buss Pass. I also deal with internal affairs on campus and sit as a member the University Senate, which is responsible for establishing and maintaining such faculties, schools, institutes, departments, chairs, and courses.

    My main responsibilities are:
    Overseeing the entire students’ union and it’s operations! I have my hands involved with nearly everything that happens within BUSU. My specific focuses are improving the way we perform as a students’ union in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, so if you have creative ideas regarding how we might look to improve operations let me know!

    My main responsibilities are:
    Helping students to become familiar with the BUSU Health & Dental Plans and the benefits of having them. Helping students learn how to use the plans by themselves and to coordinate them with benefit plans they already have.

    Information about the eligible benefits of the extended Health & Dental Plans (some of which are prescriptions, vision, practitioner benefits, dental and accident coverage), filing claims, help understanding processed claims, information about opt-in and opt-out and deadlines, help with understanding and filling out insurance forms, travel insurance for personal travel and while on exchange. If students have any concerns, suggestions or comments regarding the Health & Dental Plan, I'm your contact person.

    My main responsibilities are:
    As Director of Business Operations, I oversee the BUSU businesses including Isaac’s Bar and Grill, Union Station, General Brock Store and provide direction, strategic vision, relationship management and financial viability for these areas. I provide support and guidance to the business operations management team and front line staff in these areas. I also act as the liaison with the commercial tenants within our food court space.

    My main responsibilities are:
    As the Executive Director for BrockTV, I oversee 20 staff, all videos/projects and the budget. I also develop and implement marketing and strategic plans to deliver consistent, high-quality content to the students. BrockTV is responsible for live streaming Brock Sports games/events, BUSAC meetings and classroom presentations, along with capturing the memories for students to relive throughout their time at Brock.

    My main responsibilities are:
    I am responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements for the Brock University Students’ Union. I oversee two staff members and assist the General Manager and Vice President of Finance with the financial operations of BUSU.

    To provide leadership, consistency and guidance to the food operations team while supporting Harvey’s brand standards. Also, to build strong working relationships with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment, build staff morale and productivity.

    General Brock is the only student owned and operated store on campus! If you need or want something, chances are we have it! Booster Juices, shawarma, Fair Trade coffee – we strive to offer the cheapest and most affordable prices on campus. As manager of General Brock, my main responsibilities are to ensure that this is a possibility and that we continue to provide this service to all students on campus. I supervise a large team of student staff as well as oversee all operations of our retail location.

    My main responsibilities are:
    Representing the student voice on all levels of government through advocacy and lobbying efforts. More specifically, my time is divided between working with our provincial and federal advocacy groups, like the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance (OUSA) and the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA), in conjunction with fostering relationships with local politicians and community stakeholders.

    To serve you the students! I help oversee the planning and execution of major events throughout the year including O-Week, Frost Week, Wellness Week and many others. I also help oversee the management of our 100+ student clubs on campus. Essentially, my main focus is to make your time at Brock as memorable as possible!

    My main responsibilities are:
    As Director of Operations I am responsible for providing support and policy development for the organization in the areas of human resources, health and safety, accessibility, sustainability and Information technology. I provide guidance and assistance to the managers and the staff in the areas of recruitment, selection, training & development, and performance management. This position is responsible for the management and implementation of BUSU’s health and safety, accessibility programs, including policy creation and training for all staff. I also play a key role in managing the IT infrastructure, operational support and services for BUSU as well as connecting with the students to supply the tools they need to be successful in their employment with BUSU.
