Isaac's Catering provides amazing food at affordable prices in a comfortable environment. We are the only licensed venue on campus, and can also accommodate most A/V requests as well, to provide you with the most complete catering experience at Brock.

Our spaces can comfortably accommodate groups from 10 to 200, so whether you're looking for an intimate meet and greet, a group lunch or dinner, or an all-out party, we've got you covered.

Meet and Greet

A minimum of 10 guests are required for Meet and Greet orders

  • Large Market Vegetable and Dip Platter. A selection of garden fresh vegetables with a creamy maple ranch dip. 

  • Domestic Cheese and Cracker Board. A variety of Domestic cheese and crackers. 
  • Large Sliced Fruit and Caramel Yogurt Dip
  • Fresh seasonal fruit with a sweet caramel yogurt dip.
  • Roasted Garlic and Red Pepper Hummus
  • Smooth hummus with grilled pita and herb flatbread.
  • Fresh Bruschetta and Garlic Crostini - Garden fresh bruschetta tomatoes with toasted garlic crostini.

 

 

The Pizza Party

24 Slice Cheese Pizza (2 toppings) 

Pepperoni, Bacon, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Jalepeno Peppers, Red Onion, Arugula, Spinach, Grilled Zucchini. Gluten-free available at extra cost.

8 Slice Cheese Pizza (2 toppings) 

Selection of pop by the pitcher (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Ginger Ale, Iced Tea, Mountain Dew)

Add Chicken Wings Hot, medium, mild, honey garlic (8 wings per pound)

The Deli

Chef’s choice soup of the day, fresh garden green salad with a selection of dressings, sliced deli meat selection of ham, turkey and roast beef with Swiss, cheddar and provolone cheeses. Roasted vegetables, with a selection of artisan breads and wraps with a variety of freshly sliced seasonal fruits and brownies for dessert with coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Italian

Caesar salad, tomato and cucumber salad, garlic bread with penne marinara, meatballs and sausage and tortellini spinach alfredo, with a variety of freshly sliced seasonal fruit and tiramisu for dessert with coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Mexican

Roasted corn and pepper salad tortilla chips and salsa, beef tacos and chicken fajitas with all the toppings on soft flour tortilla or hard corn taco shells with a variety of freshly sliced seasonal fruits and fruit flans for dessert with coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Mediterranean

Greek salad, quinoa and feta salad, marinated chicken skewers with vegetable rice, grilled vegetables, cucumber yogurt with warm pita and flatbreads with a variety of freshly sliced seasonal fruits and baklava for dessert with coffee, tea and soft drinks.

BBQ

Fresh garden greens with a selection of dressings, mini red potato salad, grilled BBQ chicken, beef burgers with all the toppings needed, baked potato, grilled corn on the cob with a variety of freshly sliced seasonal fruits and apple crumble for dessert with coffee, tea and soft drinks.

 

 

Breakfast

Minimum 15 guests

The Continental

Fresh sliced seasonal fruit, assorted flavoured yogurts, Bakery fresh Danish, muffins, cinnamon buns and croissants with fresh fruit preserves. Assorted juices, coffee and tea.

General Brock Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, country sausage, breakfast potatoes, sliced seasonal fruit assorted bakery fresh Danish and croissants with fresh fruit preserves. Assorted juices, coffee and tea.

Issac’s Breakfast Buffet

Tomato and spinach scrambled eggs, Belgian waffles, buttermilk pancakes, crisp bacon strips, country sausage, breakfast potatoes, sliced seasonal fruit, assorted bakery fresh Danish and croissants with fresh fruit preserves. Assorted juices, coffee, tea.
