As the clubs coordinator I am the first point of contact for general club inquiries and requests. I assist with the execution of club fairs throughout the year (o-week/ frost week) and co-plan club events such as: presidents meeting, clubs week, ‘starting a new club’ session, and clubs banquet to name a few! I also assure that events are being risk managed and make recommendations to improve the club by-laws, club ratification process, and club supplement request grant process. Clubs may meet me during our clubs policy committee meetings, by appointment, or during my walk-in hours which are posted in our clubs space on campus!

Students may need to contact me for room/table booking requests, information on starting a new club at Brock University, assistance in risk managing events, and/or receiving overall tips on having a successful year for your club!
