    My main responsibilities are:
    As the Clubs Manager I coordinate all BUSU ratified clubs, keeping up to date on all club activities. In addition I plan club fairs and training sessions in order to solidify a positive and supportive atmosphere for clubs. Finally I will create and implement new programs and services to advance clubs and assist clubs in having a successful year.

    My main responsibilities are:
    Representing the student voice on all levels of government through advocacy and lobbying efforts. More specifically, my time is divided between working with our provincial and federal advocacy groups, like the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance and the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations, in conjunction with fostering relationships with local politicians and community stakeholders.

    My main responsibilities are:
    I organize and oversee event logistics for the Brock University Students' Union. This includes O-Week, Homecoming, Frost Week, Wellness Week and so much more! I also provide recommendations and ideas for future event implementation and handle all audio and visual requests for Isaac's.

    I work on BUSU's payroll, account receivables and account payables.

    If any BUSU student staff has an issue or a question about their payroll, or if you have a questions about any invoice that has been issued to you personally. Also, if you have any questions about requesting/receiving a cheque from BUSU.

    My main responsibilities are:
    Writing and analyzing policy and procedures that will guide advocacy efforts on behalf of students at the municipal level. This includes coordination with municipal government officials, municipal organizations, and community stakeholders to seek meaningful resolutions to issues faced by Brock Undergraduate students. This can include but is not limited to housing, transit, urban development, and city/regional planning.

    Issues with current policies, procedures, practices, and by-laws affecting students. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are unsure whether or not your issue pertains to municipal government, or have any questions about existing services or programs.

    My main responsibilities are:
    My main responsibilities day to day Food and Beverage back-end operations, which payroll for Union Station Staff (Harvey’s, Booster Juice and Subway), deposits for Union sales, tracking inventory, supplier invoices. I am also responsible for booking caterings and connecting clients with the correct BUSU team member!

    My main responsibilities are:
    Conducting policy research surrounding internal affairs, whether it be within the University as a whole, the Students’ Union or comparing policy practices across campuses. My overall research goal is to ensure that students’ get the most out of their money while they are at Brock! I also provide research and assistance to the advocacy team to raise awareness on barriers, issues and events that come about on campus.

    As the Vice-President, Finance & Administration, I act as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for BUSU and provide oversight to the Health & Dental Plan as well as the Universal Buss Pass. I also deal with internal affairs on campus and sit as a member the University Senate, which is responsible for establishing and maintaining such faculties, schools, institutes, departments, chairs, and courses.

    Writing and analyzing policy and procedures relevant to the students of Brock University, advocating on behalf of students to all those relevant to students including governments at various levels, coordinating with the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance (OUSA) and the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA), and many others. My responsibilities are generally performed at the institutional level where I actively try to ensure that all students have a great experience at Brock University, and throughout their undergraduate studies.

    As the Executive assistant I provide administrative support to the President. From organizing meetings and appointments and resolve conflict in schedule. To Organizing items by order of importance and follow ups on urgent or pressing matters. Also providing support for Visa Reconciliation, cheque requisitions and invoice coding. As well as any other administrative tasks reasonably assigned by the President.

    My main responsibilities are:
    Helping students to become familiar with the BUSU Health & Dental Plans and the benefits of having them. Helping students learn how to use the plans by themselves and to coordinate them with benefit plans they already have.

    Information about the eligible benefits of the extended Health & Dental Plans (some of which are prescriptions, vision, practitioner benefits, dental and accident coverage), filing claims, help understanding processed claims, information about opt-in and opt-out and deadlines, help with understanding and filling out insurance forms, travel insurance for personal travel and while on exchange. If students have any concerns, suggestions or comments regarding the Health & Dental Plan, I'm your contact person.

    My main responsibilities are:
    In conjunction with the Vice President, Student Services, I work for the students of Brock University directing a variety of elements associated with the overall student experience. I oversee the management of the 95+ student clubs on campus, as well as the dedicated work towards BUSU’s Sponsorship/Partnership efforts. I also work to ensure that all of BUSU’s Student Services are running smoothly and that BUSU’s Event Production is delivering what the students want, need or ask for. In addition, I ensure that all of BUSU’s Marketing and Communication efforts are providing the student body with what they deserve.

I’m also the senior manager responsible for overseeing BUSU businesses and commercial tenants and provide direction, strategic vision, relationship management and financial viability for these areas.

    Working with volunteers to maintain an equal, knowledgeable, and healthy learning environment and campus life for students here at Brock University. As the Advocacy Coordinator I oversee a series of campaigns throughout the year that represent a variety of important topics including: mental health, political awareness, cultural equality, open access education, and safer, more reliable transit.

    The Ombudsperson is a neutral party who advocates for fair policies, procedures, practices and decision-making on campus. We are a safe space to voice concerns and gather information on available options as we are not required to notify University administrators, being an informal channel of resolution.

    For guidance on academic misconduct, appeals, grade inquiries, probation, suspension, debarment, required withdrawals, accommodation, quality assurance, complaints, code of conduct violations, meeting and hearing preparation, conflict coaching, supervisory concerns, solution mapping and more.

    I am responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements for the Brock University Students’ Union. I oversee two staff members and assist the General Manager and Vice President of Finance with the financial operations of BUSU.

    My responsibility to the students is making sure that when you come to Union Station or Skybar to eat that you are always having the best service and freshest food possible while still being the cheapest place to eat on campus. I am also proud to say that my department is the largest student employer on campus!

    My main responsibilities are:
    As the Director, Government Operations my role is to work with our elected students and student staff to lobby all levels of government on issues pertaining to post-secondary education. This includes working with our provincial and federal lobby groups (OUSA and CASA) as well as maintaining close relationships with our local representatives. I also help facilitate our internal governance structure which includes a Board of Directors, council (BUSAC) and three election periods.

    I am responsible for managing operations of the General Brock Store. I oversee a staff of 25+ employees and am responsible for all aspects encompassing the General Brock Store. This ranges from our weekly schedules and inventory orders to Payroll and budget management.

    My main responsibilities are:
    As Human Resources Manager I am responsible for providing support and policy development for the organization in the areas of human resources, health and safety, accessibility, sustainability and Information technology. I provide guidance and assistance to the managers and the staff in the areas of recruitment, selection, training & development, and performance management. This position is responsible for the management and implementation of BUSU’s health and safety, accessibility programs, including policy creation and training for all staff. HR plays a key role in managing the IT infrastructure, operational support and services for BUSU as well as playing a key role connecting with the students to supply the tools they need to establish their careers.

    My main responsibilities are:
    As the first aid coordinator I have the responsibility to make sure that students that come to BUSU events are kept safe. I have taken on the opportunity to be a leader in having a team of volunteers to support students at events. I make sure that students have an enjoyable time and have a place to come to if they need help with first aid and CPR. Within my role I have the opportunity to schedule a team of volunteers, to keep the health and safety board’s up to date and well as the first aid supplies around the Busu office. I am the individual to come to if there is any first aid or health and safety concerns.
